Yellow Jacket Creek

I went down to West Point Lake a couple of days ago to shoot Potato Creek for my neighbor. As I was driving down I saw the cresent moon and decided to go to Yellow Jacket Creek first. I have photographed this old cypress tree in the past and thought the moon might be in a great place. I really figured the lake to be at full pool after all the rain we have had recently. I guess I got lucky with the moon and the water, I was able to walk all the way out to the tree. Made for a great shot.
