These guys are part of the Memorial Series. I didn't really get to know these two very well. Jack was from Carrabelle and I only got to see him one more time to deliver his image to him. He died of a heart attack not long after this image was taken
Captain Bitchin' George was a commercial fisherman that I ran into at Scipio Creek Marina. He was nice enough to invite me aboard his boat. I spent a while photographing him and his crew. On a later trip I was told they found his boat adrift out in the bay with no one aboard. Story is he committed suicide.
