Hoyt Thompson

Hoyt was one of the first oystermen I got to know well. I Just found out he passed away in 2023 at the age of 89. He was one of the friendliest people I've known. He had been oystering his whole life and had no plans on quitting. In almost every photo I took of him he had a cigareete in his hand or mouth. Hopefully he is oystering in heaven.
