Today would have been my Mom's 94th birthday. I am sure her and Uncle Homer are celebrating at the fishing hole in Heaven today. She loved to fish more than anybody I've ever known. She and my Dad would spend hours on the beach of St. George Island surf fishing for days on end. I got my love for Apalachicola from them although I never fished, I came to love the oystermen and the bay and all the locals. Hope they catch a monster!
